The desire to organize our individual worlds mentally and physically is a basic human phenomenon. Furthermore, individuals bring coherence to the minutia of life in their own subjective and particular ways. In this body of work I was interested in the specific mental systems that enable people to categorize and often dismiss information. These systems point to the hazy division between objective observation and subjective perception.
